i found the staff helpful and courteous. the reception area felt grand. the hotel's proximity to the city center made exploring easy. the available parking was convenient , especially given the central location.
the coffee at breakfast was not to my liking it tasted weak.

the train station was within walking distance which made access easy. the historic city center was also easily accessible. this meant i could quickly reach many attractions from the hotel.

the bar offered a good selection of drinks. the restaurant served a delicious cauliflower steak. breakfast included sourdough bread and porridge alongside typical offerings. i thought the overall dining experience was positive.

the ROOM was clean and quite big.
i pre-booked a spa treatment , but it was delayed because of traffic. i called the spa to explain , but they said they could only wait five minutes. this. the pool was small , and the parking around front required payment , WHICH added to the stress.

The location was really convenient. It was just a short walk from the train station. The gym had a good range of equipment. It was better than I expected. The pool was also a nice size.
The parking situation was not ideal. The hotel car park was often full. I had to use the public car park, and it was an extra charge. The breakfast buffet was okay, but I thought it could have had more variety.
